Ebenezer Gardens is a 42 one-bedroom apartment complex for senior citizens of very low income located in Hospital Ground operated by Lutheran Social Services of the V.I. Four units are specially designed for seniors with disabilities. The facility provides a range of services to assist tenants in living as independent and comfortable as possible.

Dial-A-Ride, St. Thomas

Dial-A-Ride St. Thomas program provides accessible, subsidized transportation to disabled residents and visitors on St. Thomas. It provides hurricane preparedness and aftermath services to elderly and disabled individuals and nursing homes. It also provides job training to disabled individuals and acts as an advocate for accessibility improvements in public transportation.
