We have a number of individuals with special needs that are living in El Paso. Nevertheless, despite our best efforts there are still individuals that need our services that we haven't been able to reach.
Volar CIL has also been able to secure funding for individuals with special needs that have lost critical DME items or supplies. These funds are be utilized for individuals that have been relocated into the El Paso area.
